what we do
Making a Will enables you to choose who is to benefit from your estate when you die and to decide on who is to deal with the administration of your estate. We will send you a questionnaire on request for you to complete and drop in or bring with you to your appointment.
We generally send out a draft Will, if not on the day instructions are received, then shortly after. Complicated Wills may take a little longer.
We are also happy to arrange home visits.
Our experienced team will also assist you in obtaining probate of a Manx Will and we provide a highly efficient service in the administration of estates.
Where there is no Will, it is necessary for someone entitled to benefit under the intestacy to apply to the Court for Letters of Administration. We can guide you through this.
The practice is involved increasingly in obtaining Manx Probate where someone has died domiciled elsewhere leaving estate in the Isle of Man. We regularly assist clients worldwide. We have wide experience in dealing with the idiosyncrasies that often arise with other jurisdictions.
